Job Summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Inpatient Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide therapeutic treatment services to patients and their families, offering crisis intervention services and assessing for safety daily.

Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic treatment services to patients and their families
  • Offer crisis intervention services and assess for safety daily
  • Participate in psychoeducational support sessions with patients/families
  • Complete all required documentation within specified timeframes
  • Communicate with referring providers and care team for patients
  • Document patient progress and treatment status daily
  • Complete discharge documentation as required and on time
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Family Therapy
  • In-training as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-IT), Marriage and Family Therapist Training License (MFT-TL), or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of therapeutic intervention techniques
  • Formal training in the management of the aggressive patient
  • American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification
  • Attend all mandatory in-services and relevant educational requirements
