About the Position

Covenant Health Inc. is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Claiborne Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in their daily needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide hands-on care and assistance to patients under the supervision of registered nurses.
  2. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  3. Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration rates, blood pressures, weights, and heights.
  4. Encourage patients to turn, cough, and take deep breaths, and assist with incentive spirometry as needed.
  5. Perform other tasks as assigned to support the care and well-being of our patients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You must also be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Tennessee and be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights.
