- Support the Pharmacy Director in managing the operational and professional aspects of the pharmacy.
- Guarantee that daily operations are streamlined, effective, and adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure all guidelines are followed diligently.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, cost efficiency, and resource distribution.
- Lead quality assurance efforts, safety measures, and personnel management strategies to boost departmental performance.
- Encourage a cooperative and positive workplace culture, fostering open dialogue and teamwork.
Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a valid Pharmacist license in California.
- Has experience in supervisory or managerial positions within a pharmacy environment.
- Exhibits ambition, excellent interpersonal skills, and the capability to handle multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrates a collaborative leadership style.
- Stays informed about industry advancements and best practices.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $85 to $105, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with eligibility for an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and retirement plans.
