Environmental Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Scientist to join our team at Weston Solutions, Inc. As a Task Manager, you will assist Project Managers in project scope and budget development, subcontractor procurement, project planning and task management, reporting, and closeout.

• Apply your existing knowledge and develop new skills while working on a variety of challenging environmental and construction projects.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including working on concurrent projects.
• Participate in the client emergency response team, requiring 24/7 availability one week per month.
• Travel (5-10%) is required, with most travel being day trips.
• Coordinate laboratory analysis, monitor subcontractor effort and quality, and report project-related delays and irregularities.
• Participate in monthly team meetings and be aware of client needs and concerns.

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Geoscience, Environmental Science, Construction, Industrial Hygiene, or related subject areas.
• Minimum 2 years' experience or past project/industry experience (5-10 years).
• Lead, Mold, or Asbestos trainings, certifications, or licenses a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple simultaneous work assignments.
• Willingness to be on-call for 24/7 response and work during events of major regional or national significance.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.

Salary Range: $40,400 - $53,900 - $67,300
