Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Operations Coordinator to join our team at First National Bank of Pennsylvania. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and closing loan requests generated through our branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for the assigned team, providing guidance and support to Loan Representatives and facilitating daily workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Supports branch managers and commercial lending teams by assisting them in analyzing, evaluating, and closing loan requests.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to customers of the bank with respect to loan products and services.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records of production volumes and provides reports to management as requested.
Requirements
  • High School or GED
  • 7 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to use general office equipment and job-related software
  • MS Word and MS Excel skills at an intermediate level
