Job Description:- In compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, which includes assessing health history, answering medical questions, and performing health screenings.
- Educate new donors on therapeutic products made from donated plasma, including explaining the screening process, health screenings, and appointment system.
- Register applicants and transfer donors upon completion of training and operational needs.
- Answer phone calls and respond to donor inquiries or transfer calls to appropriate staff members.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum three months experience in a clerical or customer service position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and understand instructions.
