Job Summary:The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of CT scans for patients of all ages, applying principles, theories, and techniques of computed tomography scanning to provide reliable scan results.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform CT scans for patients of all ages, including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
- Apply principles, theories, and techniques of computed tomography scanning to provide reliable scan results.
- Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, scan results, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program in Radiology.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or obtain within 6 months.
- Current ARRT and OBMIA certification.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Image Wisely pledge certificate or obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by January 30 thereafter.
- Image Gently pledge certificate or obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by January 30 thereafter.
- Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three (3) years of CT experience.
- Guaranteed hours: Contract weeks: 91.
- Rate: $37.00 - $57.00/hour.
