We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Restroom Attendant to join our team at Hard Rock International. As a Restroom Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our restrooms are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests.
Job Summary:
The Restroom Attendant is responsible for monitoring the conditions of and supplies for restrooms during operating hours and correcting or reporting deficiencies as necessary. This includes ensuring the cleanliness and safety of restrooms, responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining a professional image.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety: Monitor the conditions of and supplies for restrooms, correct or report deficiencies, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of restrooms.
- Guest Service: Respond to guest inquiries and provide quality service.
- Custodial and Maintenance: Ensure all soap and toilet dispensers are in working order, fill with supplies, and maintain cleanliness of mirrors, shelving, and floors.
- Operations: Load and unload supply trucks, transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, remove trash and garbage, and coordinate custodial, supply, and maintenance purchases.
- Professional Image: Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners, and investors.
Requirements:
- Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills, multiple language abilities (a plus), fluency in English required, ability to make routine decisions, honesty, hard work, attention to detail, and ability to present information effectively.
- Physical Demands: Ability to move throughout the corporate office and cafes during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, and bending) for extended periods of time, ability to sit for extended periods, ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer an estimated annual salary of $45,000-$60,000 depending on experience and location. We also provide benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
