Key Responsibilities- Operate a Motor Grader to perform finish and fine grade tasks with a focus on safety excellence.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finish grading required.
- Ability to work safely at all times and maintain a safe working environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and nights when necessary.
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry objects and materials of various weights up to 100 pounds.
- Good vision, both close-up and long-distance, and ability to look forward, side to side, and toward the rear of equipment.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to perform required duties independently.
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
- Competitive hourly wage range of $26.00-$30.00.
