We're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless interactions. As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the face of Target, providing personalized service, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience
• Resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Upsell and promote Target's products and services
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait times and maintain accuracy
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
