Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve member inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Conduct financial transactions while maintaining accurate records.
  • Engage with members to recommend suitable credit union products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment options.
  • Provide essential account services such as money orders, official checks, and safe deposit box access.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout our members' financial journeys.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess the following:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Experience in cash handling, including balancing cash drawers or related tasks
  • Customer service experience that involved problem-solving and decision-making
  • Adeptness in analyzing issues and proposing effective solutions
