About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily maintenance and repair of lodge property and equipment.

Job Description
  • Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff
  • Communicate daily with Front Desk and Housekeeping team members to respond to immediate needs
  • Ensure grounds and landscaping are well kept at all times
  • Perform standard daily lodge usage and safety checks
Requirements
  • Previous maintenance experience preferred
  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Self-motivated attitude and exceptional guest service
