Role Overview
As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical expertise to ensure that all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in a medical telemetry setting.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of patients in the Telemetry Unit.
- Educate patients and families regarding medications and treatment protocols.
- Maintain and review patient records, including posting test results and examination findings.
- Administer medications in accordance with physician directives.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida, in compliance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If holding a compact license, an active Florida RN license is required within 60 days of hire.
- A Nursing Diploma or ASN is required; BSN is preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care environment is strongly preferred.
- Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
- American Heart Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification is required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal directives. Proficiency in PC skills is also necessary.
