Le tue responsabilità:
In qualità di Specialista in Assistenza Clienti per il Settore Bancario, la tua principale responsabilità sarà quella di trovare modi innovativi per rispondere a domande, problemi e preoccupazioni variabili.

- Connettersi con i clienti tramite telefono/email/chat per risolvere le loro domande o preoccupazioni
- Risolvere e de-escalare eventuali problemi in modo calmo
- Escalare le interazioni quando necessario e appropriato
- Rispondere a richieste di assistenza e/o possibili elaborazioni di pagamenti
- Monitorare tutte le informazioni relative alle chiamate per scopi di auditing e reporting
- Fornire feedback sui problemi delle chiamate
- Promuovere ulteriormente i servizi se necessario

Requisiti:
- Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente
- Certificazioni/Laurea in IT/Rete preferite
- Età minima di 18 anni
- Esperienza comprovata in call center
- Digitazione di 25 WPM
- Competenza nell'uso del computer e nella navigazione
- Capacità di risolvere problemi di rete a livello base
- Capacità di configurare una rete Wi-Fi domestica
- Competenza nell'impostazione e configurazione di un router o switch
- Proficienza con computer portatili o desktop
- Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative, sia orali che scritte
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente in continua evoluzione e ad alta intensità
- Capacità di mantenere la calma e l'oggettività
- Forti capacità di ascolto
