**Job Summary:**
As a Physical Therapist at Kessler Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing individualized treatment plans.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Provide education and training to patients and caregivers to ensure successful discharge
* Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
* Participate in departmental initiatives to improve performance and patient outcomes
* Perform other professional duties associated with patient care and program development

**Qualifications:**

* Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
