Binghamton University is seeking a highly qualified faculty member to join its faculty in the interdisciplinary fields of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and data science. The successful candidate will have a strong research background in AI and ML, with a focus on socially relevant applications.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of research leadership, strong publication records, and a strong record of securing external funding. They will also have demonstrated experience as an effective instructor at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
The faculty member will be expected to contribute to the growth of the University's education programs related to artificial intelligence and to participate in research efforts under the Transdisciplinary Areas of Excellence (TAE) program.
