Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to telemetry patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- 1 year of experience in a Telemetry setting, with a preference for 2 years or more.
- Valid AL RN License.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
