**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at St. Patrick's Residence, a faith-based nonprofit organization providing short-term rehabilitation and skilled geriatric care.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect resident care services, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
  • Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs, and assist residents at meal times.
  • Assist residents with range of motion exercises, provide personal care, and promote a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Meet the communication needs of residents and family members, and communicate changes in residents' clinical condition.

**Requirements:

  • IL CNA Certification (active on the Health Care Worker Registry)
  • SNF and LTC experience preferred, with CPR certification
  • Experience in promoting and facilitating teamwork, with Point Click Care (PCC) experience preferred
