Job Summary

GROWMARK, Inc. is seeking a skilled Seasonal CDL Driver to operate a single, tandem or multi-axle configuration truck for delivery and/or pick-up of agronomy and/or energy products. This role is critical to achieving profitable business growth by ensuring timely and efficient transportation of products to company locations or customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate all assigned vehicles, including single, tandem, or multi-axle configurations, forklifts, etc., in accordance with established safety standards and proper vehicle operation techniques.
  • Deliver and/or pick-up agronomy and/or energy products to company locations or customer locations, following specified time schedules.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient loading and unloading of products, adhering to company procedures and safety protocols.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL license with the ability to operate a variety of vehicle configurations.
  • Excellent driving record and ability to meet company safety standards.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
