Position Overview:

Cameron University is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach in our Respiratory Care program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach a maximum of nine credit hours per semester
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet program objectives
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure program excellence

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Respiratory Care or related field
  • Current Oklahoma licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist
  • Three years of critical care experience
  • One year of precepting new hires or students in a CoARC-accredited respiratory care program

About the Program:

The A.A.S. in Respiratory Care program at Cameron University is accredited by CoARC and has been in operation since 1999. The program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the field of respiratory care.
