Senior Concrete Estimator

Our Client, a leading regional Commercial Concrete Contractor based in North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Estimator to help identify, qualify, and secure bid opportunities out of their High Point, NC office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate commercial construction projects ranging in size from $500,000 to $10M with a focus on concrete package work.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for securing bid opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and analyze project requirements to ensure accurate estimates.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience estimating commercial construction projects.
• Client-driven and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable and team player with a strong work ethic.
