Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all manufacturing equipment in our facility, ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair all manufacturing equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns and malfunctions.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and equipment.
- Respond to emergency situations and perform repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Allen Bradley PLC's, automation, automation controls, electrical troubleshooting, 480v, VFD's, and equipment troubleshooting.
- 2-3 years of mechanical experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience
- An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery including; motors, servos, pumps, relay, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial/electrical controls and power transmission systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic PLC's
- Ability to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings, blue prints, and schematics.
