We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Design Lead. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design of mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems for projects
  • Address construction RFI's and review of equipment submittals
  • Communicate and coordinate with multi-disciplinary groups
  • Mentor and lead younger engineers/designers
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on retail/commercial design
  • PE License preferred, but not required
  • Experience with HVAC design and plumbing design
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, but not required
  • Proficient with Building load calculations, system design, and layouts
  • Understanding of Mechanical Codes, Plumbing codes, and ASHRAE design standards
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
