Job Description
  • Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea drinks and snacks.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and customer areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
  • Flexible availability, particularly in the mornings and on weekends.
