About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Professional to join our team at Right at Home Northwest. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs.
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Preferred six months experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
  • Preferred successful completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course.
  • Must have a compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Have a valid driver's license and use an insured automobile for work.
