Job Summary

Alsco is currently seeking qualified applicants to join our sales team as a Regional Sales Manager. This demanding role requires extensive travel and a proven record of success as a sales team builder and leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industrial uniform and healthcare industries.

General Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and maintain a highly productive sales team
  • Establish achievable and realistic sales goals for the team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage all activities within Alsco's Human Resource policies and ethical guidelines
  • Monitor sales team productivity according to company guidelines
  • Maintain the quality of sales through adherence to the Service Agreement Approval Process
  • Assist in organizing sales territories
  • Conduct weekly and monthly sales meetings
  • Track the sales funnel for individual sales consultants
  • Monitor the sales activity for individual Account Sales Consultants
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Industrial Uniform Sales
  • 5 years of experience in Healthcare Sales
  • 5 years of managing a successful outside sales team within the industrial laundry business
  • Industrial, healthcare, linen operations/GM experience preferred
Requirements:
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Excellent math, writing, and reading skills
  • Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Extensive travel within the assigned territory (minimum of 3 weeks per month or 60% Travel)
Education/Experience
  • College degree preferred or 4 years of management experience

  • Base salary plus commissions
