About the Role
As a Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our elderly clients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver tailored physical therapy services directly in the comfort of their homes, ensuring they regain independence and improve their mobility.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized therapy programs that address the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the most effective treatment plans.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to alleviate pain, increase strength, and prevent further complications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families on treatment plans and exercises to be performed at home.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Work Environment
This position offers flexibility with work hours and locations, primarily covering the Bismarck/Mandan/Lincoln area. You will have the opportunity to work independently while receiving support from a team of experienced professionals.

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between client locations.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary within the first 60 days of employment.
