As a Senior Development Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that shares your passion for making a difference in the community.

Job Description:
As a Senior Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our real estate development projects. This includes reviewing financial performance, analyzing budgets, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. You will also assist senior management with assigned tasks related to overall growth and management of the real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze financial performance of existing developments
* Assist senior management with assigned tasks related to overall growth and management of the real estate portfolio
* Prepare detailed cost and cash flow budgets, estimates of project development, pro-formas, and other financial analyses for new projects
* Perform tasks necessary to obtain neighborhood support and local approvals for proposed development plans
* Coordinate activity of architects, contractors, and other development team members
* Assist in assembling financing for new projects, including preparing tax credit applications, grant and loan applications, and documents associated with development and construction
* Provide funders and insurance companies with due diligence items and other appropriate information

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in architecture, planning, business administration, real estate, finance, economics, or other related fields (MRED or MBA a plus)
* 4-6 years' experience in real estate development: LIHTC preferred
* Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills
* Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
