Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an ABA Therapy Professional - Client Support. In this role, you will assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs for clients in various settings to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings, promoting client progress and satisfaction
  • Accurately record and monitor client data to measure the effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Support BCBAs in training families on implementing treatment plans, ensuring seamless care coordination
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests, demonstrating exceptional customer service
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBAs, aligning with our commitment to delivering exceptional care

Qualifications:

  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment
  • Access to reliable transportation for traveling to client locations
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience working with children with ASD; excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information and manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
