About the Role

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and independent problem solver to join our collaborative team as an Occupational Therapist. This essential role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to meet our patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and design individualized occupational therapy treatments for patients of all ages.
  • Evaluate physical, cognitive, developmental and psychosocial abilities of patients and develop realistic therapy goals and administer appropriate therapy programs.
  • Maintain adequate documentation of patient encounters.
  • Provide patients with education and home instruction to enhance their understanding and improve their functional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians as needed for further medical management.

Location

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is located in the heart of the Brainerd/Cuyuna Lakes Area, a top 5 destination in the United States for mountain biking. We are within a 2-hour radius of Alexandria, Duluth, and St. Cloud.

Qualifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist License in Minnesota.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
