Key Responsibilities- Oversee and conduct training for new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Provide feedback and development opportunities to team members to help them grow and improve in their roles.
- Mentor and coach employees on a one-on-one basis and in group settings to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Handle changing business environments and departmental needs with ease, adapting to new situations and priorities as needed.
- Maintain effective communication and confidentiality with internal and external stakeholders, including interdepartmental, general business, and customer communication.
- Perform supervision duties in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, performance appraisals, recognition, rewarding, and disciplining employees.
- Partner with the leadership team and human resources to address complaints and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs, and procedures.
- Experience leading a diverse workforce and managing multiple assignments and priorities.
- Excellent follow-through, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and coach employees effectively.
