About the Role

This Speech-Language Pathologist position is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students at Kings County Office of Education. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech-language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address speech-language needs.
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on research-based practices and technologies to inform speech-language therapy.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Certification from the CCTC and a valid license from the California Speech-Language Pathology Board.
  • Possess a valid California Driver License and maintain insurability.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
