Job Summary

The Campbell Property Management team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pool Attendant to join our team. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our pool and recreation areas, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pool and Recreation Area Maintenance: Ensure the pool and recreation areas are always clean and well-maintained, including daily cleaning tasks and regular deep cleaning.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, including responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the pool and recreation areas for any issues or concerns and report them to management in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain the inventory of pool and recreation supplies, including chemicals and equipment.
  • Event Support: Assist with setup and breakdown of events and activities in the pool and recreation areas.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, assisting with special events and projects.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 35 to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, management, and other staff members.
Working Conditions

The Pool Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to the outdoors and varying weather conditions. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
