Daily Activities:

  • Deliver an outstanding experience for all who enter the store, engaging with customers, coworkers, and friends in a friendly and conversational manner.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource regarding Levitate's offerings, including Camps, Festival, and Backyard, and guide inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
  • Accurately process transactions and ticket sales through the POS system to minimize errors and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare your coworkers and the store for success by keeping the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Uphold store aesthetics and operational standards, adhering to guidelines that make the store a community destination.
  • Assist with regular inventory management and organizational tasks as directed by management.
  • Handle cash transactions and perform daily cash reconciliation when necessary.
