The Culinary Line Specialist role entails:

  • Adhering to established recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation standards.
  • Exhibiting knowledge and proficiency in the proper use and maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
  • Preparing, cooking, and plating all dishes in accordance with guidelines in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Executing basic preparation tasks, including handling raw ingredients, while following quality standards and maintaining proper hygiene and food safety protocols.
  • Assisting in the cleaning, sanitizing, and organization of the kitchen, storage areas, and walk-in coolers.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as requested by the Chefs or Managers as needed.
