Job Overview

Position Title: Rehabilitation Physician - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation to join a reputable Diagnostic & Treatment Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients requiring physical rehabilitation.
  • Identify and diagnose pain stemming from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
  • Formulate and execute tailored treatment strategies for individual patients.
  • Perform various medical interventions, including but not limited to disc decompression and vertebroplasty, aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing physical capabilities.
  • Oversee a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide adaptive equipment and resources to enhance patient health and mobility.
  • Offer guidance and support to patients and their families to facilitate lifestyle adjustments.
  • Assist patients in long-term care with ongoing support and advice.
  • Engage in research initiatives focused on injuries, diseases, and disabilities to advance treatment methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid New York State Medical License.
  • Board certification or eligibility is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $250,000 to $350,000.
  • Flexible employment options available, including full-time and part-time positions.
