We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to join our team as a Dream Vacation Planner at Never Ending Travels.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting personalized resort and cruise experiences that exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for leisure travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client requests with meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting customized vacation packages combining resort stays, cruise adventures, onshore activities, dining, and more
  • Managing all reservations from cruise bookings and resort accommodations to transfers and shore excursions
  • Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in resort and cruise travel and sharing knowledge to inspire clients
  • Suggesting distinctive enhancements and unique experiences that elevate each resort stay and cruise adventure

  • Leisure Travel Enthusiast: A deep passion for resort getaways and cruise adventures
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and clear articulation
