Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team as a travel Physical Therapist. As a travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and locations, gaining valuable experience and skills.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting, working closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations
  • Design and implement treatment plans to improve patients' physical function and mobility
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with facility guidelines
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in Michigan
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
