Our client, a growing organization in the Columbus, OH area, is seeking a skilled Project Financial Manager to join their team for a year-long project. As a Project Financial Manager, you will have the opportunity to establish accounting policies and controls for a people-centric organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including month-end reconciliations and financial reporting
* Evaluate current processes and implement new accounting processes and internal controls
* Reconcile business accounts, research issues, and resolve discrepancies
* Collaborate with the accounting team and provide ongoing mentorship and support to upper management
* Coordinate with external CPA firms, business consulting firms, and vendors

**Requirements**

* Relevant experience in hands-on accounting and financial management
* Experience with policy, process, and control implementation
* Ability to lead and communicate with a diverse group of colleagues
* ERP experience, with NetSuite being a plus

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 based on experience
