Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Extremity Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the daily flow of work for shipping and inventory, ensuring that we meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive daily flow of work for shipping and inventory customer need
  • Responsible for daily product shipments
  • Manage all inventory related work, including incoming product inspection, product returns, and preparing careLOG boxes
  • Stock shelves with product and product-related supplies
  • Inventory Management & Reporting
  • Daily shipping out of Zoho Inventory
  • Receiving and inspection of incoming inventory
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure we do not run out of critical products
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Work with production teams to identify product needs and ensure products are available when needed
  • Receive and inspect incoming products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure products are distributed to the correct locations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product storage, handling, and tracking.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of shipping processes and inventory management systems
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Knowledge of tissue processing industry and regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Experience working with Microsoft programs
  • Ability to document work with legible handwriting
  • Ability to secure and maintain a favorable background investigation and clearance.
