Job Summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area, stockroom, and other areas as assigned.
* Restock shelves, replenish merchandise, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
