About the Role:

Pilot Flying J is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including floors, counters, and restrooms
  • Clean and sanitize shower and restroom facilities
  • Wash, load, and unload towels for showers
  • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks as needed
  • Pick up and dispose of trash and recyclables around the travel center
  • Provide excellent guest service by maintaining a clean and well-organized facility

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
