Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process receipts of goods via our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
  • Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare billing processes and paperwork for warehouse and drop ship orders
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Fulfill the employee portion of our company values
  • Perform other tasks as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of prior warehouse and forklift experience desired
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Demonstrates interpersonal effectiveness

Working Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Office environment; occasional lifting and moving of boxes and/or pallets up to 45lbs
