Key Responsibilities:Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of legal professionals specializing in real estate, responsible for negotiating and drafting intricate agreements, including master lease agreements and site leases. Provide strategic legal advice on land use, zoning, and permitting matters related to wireless infrastructure deployment.
Possess in-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations governing the siting and implementation of wireless infrastructure. Demonstrate expertise in negotiating transactions with national landlords and telecom carriers.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, effectively interpreting and resolving local permitting and ordinance challenges. Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies at various levels.
Develop and implement tools and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency in legal service management. Oversee RFPs and manage external legal resources and outside counsel effectively.
Qualifications:Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to a state bar, with the capability to practice in-house counsel in the State of Washington. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in-house or at a law firm.
Results-driven leader with the executive maturity to provide legal counsel to senior management. Proven success in leading diverse teams and managing high transaction volumes. Strong collaborator with excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Experience in developing and implementing workflow and contract lifecycle management tools and process efficiencies. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage complex projects effectively.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $202,700 - $274,300
Corporate Bonus Target: 25%
