Job Overview:

We are a leading healthcare provider seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Duties:
  • Perform nursing procedures under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist with patient assessments and care planning
  • Provide wound care and dressing changes
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatments
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in sterile processing techniques
  • Experience in ophthalmology procedures is a plus
  • Ability to lift and move patients when necessary
  • Previous experience working in clinics or long term care settings
  • Skill in phlebotomy and IV catheterization
  • Knowledge of long term care practices
  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems
