Regional Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Establish, maintain, and continually improve overall quality management systems at the site.
- Audit site for compliance with all applicable internal and external regulatory standards.
- Provide customer point of contact at the site level for quality-related issues and initiatives.
- Track, monitor, and report quality metrics for the site.
- Create and update current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
- Oversight of AQL requirements for packaging services and documentation of results.
- Perform regular process audits to ensure accuracy of site-specific documentation.
- Enforce company policy on documentation and control systems.
- Support the implementation of new processes and documentation.
- Verify all associates are trained on current versions of documents.
- Control of nonconforming product is handled per procedure.
- Ensure all Corrective and Preventative actions (CAPAs) are implemented per company procedure.
- Provide hands-on problem resolution assistance to ensure compliance in a timely manner.
- Monitor CAPA log and follow up with operations management team to ensure deadlines are met and solutions are effective.
- Track and log customer and internal complaints or findings.
- Partner with next-level Quality Management to develop, distribute, and maintain regular quality metric reporting.
- Partner with site operations management team to advise on quality-related issues and initiatives.
- 3 years of quality experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in documentation control and management.
- ISO experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite products.
- Green or Black belt in Lean & Six Sigma (preferred).
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
