Harrison Consulting Solutions is seeking a seasoned Transportation Project Manager to lead their Cleveland, Ohio team. As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, this individual will oversee design and roadway/highway improvement projects.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Project Engineers/Project Managers on project design and implementation
  • Develop innovative traffic improvement solutions that meet client needs
  • Conduct thorough traffic control studies/designs, including lane reconfiguration, interchange modifications, and signage
  • Effective communication with clients to ensure project goals are met
  • Evaluate and select engineering techniques/procedures for optimal results
  • Travel to sites for field observations and conduct site visits as necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in transportation project delivery
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License required
  • Familiarity with AASHTO/ODOT Design Criteria essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, Geopak, and AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Experience using HCS, Synchro, and TransModeler software a plus
  • Must be willing to travel throughout Ohio and Florida
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000-$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Harrison Consulting Solutions offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
