HireNow Staffing Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in medical/surgical nursing to join our team. As a Registered Nurse - Med/Surg-Nights, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the health and well-being of our patients during their recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment.
- Document patient care given.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assist patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
Requirements:
- Graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse / RN.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse / RN.
- BLS certification is required. ACLS preferred.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary within the range of $63,000.00 - $75,000.00.
- $15,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment.
