We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight, operating equipment, and performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and unloading freight by hand and with equipment
- Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Performing other duties as assigned by site leadership, such as receiving and processing shipments
- High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry 25-75lbs, with materials handled varying in weight and size
- Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Paid weekly, with production-based pay that rewards hard work and dedication
- Benefits, including paid training and safety incentives, after 60 days of employment
