Job Overview

The Arkansas Municipal League is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team in North Little Rock, AR.

As a key member of our Municipal Law Services Program, you will play a vital role in supporting and defending cities and towns throughout the state.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and filing pleadings in federal and state courts.
  • Gather factual evidence from clients and third parties for cases.
  • Draft routine discovery requests and coordinate client responses for attorney review.
  • Manage electronic and physical case files, as well as compile reports.
Requirements
  • Five years of experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) and Adobe software.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
